Petunia, Dahlia and Their Impatience !

A sneak peek of our flower show by Sarah Zaidi, fine arts student from Department of Visual Studies, University of Karachi.
We are hosting a Flower Show at The Dawood Public School on Monday, 1st March 2010. The show will display creative flower arrangements by students from KG till 11th grade! This one of the kind show is special in many ways. Besides having more than 3500 seasonal flowers on display , students are also showcasing their crops that are grown in pots. Recycling is the main theme behind the show for that reason grade tenth have come up with amazing flower train made out of fruit crates!

Along with many creative recycling ideas, water plants, bonsais, trained plants, indoor plants, Orchids and some rare plants such as Venus Fly Trap are also on display.

In short, its a show that must not be missed !
( I m lil impatient too.. cant wait for the morning when our show begins!)
